Niu Jazz is a group of old friends and passionate Jazz students who after having lost contact for more than fifteen years have decided to get together again to enjoy improvisation as they did in the past.
All of them followed different paths in their professional career in the field of Jazz, Classical Music and Composition, which makes the reunion even more interesting.
The repertoire of the concert are original songs of the double-bass player Josele Álvaro composed specifically for the occasion.
The group was created in mid-2018 and this year they will release their first album called “Diciembre”.
